Returns and right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. For exact rates, consult your carrier's website.  If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Excluded to return are zaken or services tied to fluctuations in financial markets. In this case, all products in the precious metal category.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is does not apply to products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets, as referred to in Article 6:230p sub e of the Civil Code. This applies to all products in our precious metals category, including gold, silver, platinum and palladium in coin, bar or other form.

These products are subject to daily rates over which we have no control. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled or returned.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

If you would like to return an order, please go through the following steps:

1. Stuur binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst een e-mail naar info@david-coin.com of bel +31681285467. 
   Geef daarin aan dat u uw product(en) retour wenst te sturen. Hierbij kunt u gebruikmaken van het retourformulier (zie link hieronder), maar dat is niet verplicht. Indien u voldoet aan de termijn van 14 dagen geven wij akkoord.

2. Then send your products immediate return. Voeg de volgende gegevens toe in het pakket dat u retour zult sturen:

• A complete bank account number (IBAN) with the corresponding attribution

• To avoid misunderstandings, we ask that you also forward them by email to info@david-coin.com
  We will refund the money to this account number, so make sure it is correct!

  NB: Retouren moeten goed verpakt worden verzonden. Retourportokosten worden niet vergoed.

3. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned order, your purchase amount will be transferred to the specified bank account number.
