Returns and right of withdrawal

Returns and right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. For exact rates, consult your carrier's website.  If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Excluded to return are zaken or services tied to fluctuations in financial markets. In this case, all products in the precious metal category. 

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

 

If you would like to return an order, please go through the following steps:

1. Within 14 days of receipt, email info@david-coin.com or call +31681285467
   Please indicate in it that you wish to return your product(s). If you meet the 14-day deadline, we will give approval.
2. Then send your products immediate return. Please include the following information in your package what you will be returning:

• A complete bank account number (IBAN) with the corresponding attribution
• To avoid misunderstandings, we ask that you also forward them by email to info@david-coin.com
  We will refund the money to this account number, so make sure it is correct!

NOTE Returns must be shipped properly packaged. Return postage will not be refunded in this regard.

3. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned order, your purchase amount will be transferred to the specified bank account number.
