The square 300 guilders of the Netherlands Antilles from 1980 was minted to commemorate the reign of Queen Juliana and her abdication from the throne in 1980. The coin features on the obverse the coat of arms of the Netherlands Antilles with the year, the reverse shows Juliana's portrait looking to the right.

The coin is made of 900/1000 gold and weighs 5.04 grams. The coin was minted in Utrecht and has as mintmark a rooster with star. The coin is in UNC quality and therefore very interesting for collectors.
