Netherlands Year Set 1980 Inhuldiging Beatrix

The set contains the 1980 1 and 2.5 guilders with Juliana and Beatrix + Annual Medal 1980 Rijksmunt.

In 1980, the Netherlands got a new queen. Beatrix took over from her mother Juliana, who reigned for about 32 years. To mark the change of the throne, the 1 guilder coin and the 2.5 guilder were minted with double heads in 1980.
