Biljet heeft heeft 2x een verschillende misdruk. Op de voorzijde is een kleine plek zichtbaar boven het hoofd van Frans Hals.
Op de achterzijde is de laatste 3 van het serienummer bovenaan een stuk verschoven naar beneden.
Biljetten met 2 verschillende misdrukken op 1 biljet zijn zeer minder voorkomend.

Ten guilder 1968 Frans Hals
In 1968 a new tenner with the effigy of Frans Hals came into circulation, the old tenner with Hugo de Groot was due for replacement and the Dutch Bank wanted a new revolutionary design. The tenner with Frans Hals has a bright blue color and guilloche patterns on the front and back. The Frans Hals tenner was removed from circulation in 2002 with the introduction of the euro. The Frans Hals tenner was part of the Erflater series, designed by Oxenaar. In addition to the ten note, four other bills are part of the Erflater series:
– 5 guilder 1966 Vondel;
– 5 guilder 1973 Vondel;
– 25 guilders 1971 Sweelinck;
– 100 guilders 1970 Michiel de Ruyter;
– 1000 guilders 1972 Spinoza.

Now the Frans Hals Tenner is highly sought after as a collector's item, both by collectors of banknotes and by people who admire Frans Hals' paintings.
